What is Dr. Sadaf Foot Care Cream?

Dr. Sadaf Foot Care Cream is a 50gm foot cream made in Pakistan with a 14 Herbs Formula, designed for dry, rough and cracked heels. The skin on the heels and soles is far thicker than the skin on your face, so it needs a heavier cream than a regular body lotion.

Cracked heels are common here — open-backed shoes, chappals, dusty roads, and hard floors all dry out the skin. This cream is made for exactly that kind of daily wear.

How to use

4. For best results, apply at night before bed and wear cotton socks. The socks hold the moisture in overnight instead of letting it rub off on the bedsheet.
5. For very dry feet, use twice daily — once in the morning and once before bed.

Please note: this is a cosmetic cream for daily foot care. Deep, bleeding or painful cracks, or foot problems related to diabetes, need a doctor — do not rely on a cream for those.

How long before my heels feel softer?

Skin varies from person to person. Thick heel skin takes time, and nightly use over several weeks gives a better result than heavy use for two or three days.

Can I use it on my hands or elbows?

It is made for feet, where the skin is thickest. On hands it will feel heavy and greasy. For elbows and knees, it can work, though a regular body cream is usually enough there.

Do I have to wear socks?

Not compulsory, but it makes a real difference. Without socks, a lot of the cream ends up on your bedsheet instead of your heels.

Is it only for winter?

No. Winter dryness is the worst of it, but chappals and open shoes through summer dry heels out just as much.

Can men use it?

Yes. Cracked heels are just as common in men, and the cream is not gender specific.
